The Schultz AFS-9000 is designed to refuel competition race vehicles quickly and safely. This unique system virtually eliminates spillage, therefore reducing environmental impact and safety hazards generally associated with refueling.
The system consists of a fueling coupler, vehicle adapter and a vapor pressure relief valve. The coupler and adapter are equipped with a combined fuel and vent port. This advancement eliminates the requirement for existing flapper valves and catch cans. The system’s design enables you to refuel and vent the fuel cell with a single point connection. The Schultz AFS-9000 is a true closed circuit refueling system, with standard fuel cell connections and existing dump can designs.

The 1.5" OD vent line is routed from the fuel cell to the car side adapter, replacing the existing vent that was located at the rear of the vehicle. The AFS-9100 is one component of the Schultz AFS-9000 Single Point Dry-Break System.

Garage/Pit Area Accumulator - Allows for expansion of fuel after fuel cell is full, and also acts as protective cover. Remove Before Racing - Accumulator has red lanyard alerting to remove accumulator before racing.
The AFS-9275 Vapor Pressure Relief Valve is required to reduce pressure within the fuel can. The valve connection is a #6 AN straight thread. The AFS-9275 is one component of the Schultz AFS-9000 Single Point Dry-Break System.
The Schultz O-ring replacement kit provides a field replacement for the low-friction dynamic O-rings. These O-rings have been specially formulated to increase performance and reliability when used with Sunoco 260 GTX Unleaded racing fuel.
For practice and testing with water, the AFS-9150-W00 should be used instead.

The Schultz AFS-9300 Single Point Adapter Mounting Pocket allows the Schultz AFS-9100 adapter to be mounted directly to the quarter panel of the vehicle. Once the pocket is welded in place, four holes can be drilled to secure the adapter.
The Schultz AFS-9277 Vapor Pressure Relief Tee allows the AFS-9275 to be placed in line with the vent tube of the dump can making the installation of the Schultz AFS-9275 easier.
